RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident when choosing Esnner.
If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• in its original condition, unworn and unused
• with tags and original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase
Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@esnner.com.
We will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs may be at your expense depending on your location.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue through an exchange, repair, or refund.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
• personalized or made-to-order pieces
• gift cards
• final sale items
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you when your refund has been processed.
If approved:
• your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since confirmation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@esnner.com.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Pre-orders
Non-customized pre-orders may be cancelled or returned under the same conditions as standard orders.
Customized or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.
European Union — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery.
Esnner extends this period to 30 days to allow you additional time.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
