What does pre-order mean?

Where are the products made?

Esnner pieces are hand-crafted in Ubrique, Spain, combining exceptional leather craftsmanship with the highest quality standards and full compliance with local and European regulations.

What leather do you use?

Every Esnner piece is crafted from Spanish calf leather, prized for its softness, natural grains, and lasting quality. Our leathers and Alcantara® linings are reclaimed from deadstock, making each collection rare, refined, and thoughtfully crafted.

Is Esnner Sustainable?

At Esnner, environmental responsibility is at the heart of everything we do. The leather market is not perfect, but we carefully source every material so that nothing goes to waste. Our Spanish calf leather is reclaimed from deadstock, reducing waste while ensuring exceptional quality, and our Alcantara® linings are carbon-neutral, smooth, and responsibly made in Italy. We craft our pieces in Ubrique, Spain, working closely with skilled artisans, and even smaller items are made from leftover materials, extending the life of every hide. By sourcing intentionally, producing in limited editions, and valuing every detail of craftsmanship, we create collections that are exclusive, enduring, and designed with the least possible impact on the environment.

Are products made from leftover materials lower quality?

Products made from leftover materials are not lower quality. At Esnner, we work with deadstock leather, unused material originally sourced by luxury houses but never used. Even the most prestigious brands often leave behind high-quality hides that are surplus to their needs. By reclaiming these materials, we give them new life, crafting small, intentional production runs where every piece is considered and refined. This approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality while reducing waste, making each Esnner item rare, unique, and responsibly made.

What payment options do you have?

We offer different payment options on our website, we currently take Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Klarna (selected countries), PayPal (selected countries), Apple Pay and Google Pay. If the payment option you’re looking for isn’t available, please contact us and we will do our best to find another option that works for you.

How much do I pay for delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over €250 within France. For other countries or order amounts, shipping costs vary depending on your location and selected method. You can always review the shipping details before completing your order.

When will my card be charged?

Your card is verified at checkout, and the payment is processed immediately. If any information is incorrect, the order will not be validated.

Is my payment secure?

Return and Refund

Can I return an order?

Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. If you are not happy with your order, please let us know why so we can improve. Your feedback is very important for us.

Can I exchange an order?

Yes. Please email us your order number and exchange request, and will take care of it from there.

Can I cancel an order that has been confirmed?

Once your order is placed, we prepare it in Paris before shipping. If it has already been sent, it can’t be canceled but may be returned once received. Please email us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel, and we’ll do our best to stop it before dispatch.

My product is damaged, what can I do?

Each Esnner piece is hand-crafted in leather with the utmost care, though the handmade process means small imperfections can occasionally occur. If your item arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will be glad to help you and make it right.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned order. Processing times may vary depending on your country and bank. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via email and we will take care of it.

If a product is out of stock, when will you restock?

Because Esnner uses deadstock leather, the materials we find are only available in small amounts. This means production runs are intentionally limited and every piece is carefully crafted, making our collections rare by nature. Once an item is sold out, it may not be restocked, which is part of what gives each Esnner piece its rarity and enduring value.
