2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rules governing online sales of Esnner leather goods. They apply to all purchases made by a non-professional adult consumer.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs by the Customer.

3. Products & Leather Characteristics

Products are described and photographed with care.

Each Esnner item is crafted from genuine leather. Leather is a natural material and may display variations in grain, color, texture, or small natural marks. These characteristics are not defects but intrinsic features that make each piece unique.

4. Pre-orders

Some products are offered on a pre-order basis.

  • Payment is collected in full (100%) at the time of order.
  • Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on artisanal production.
  • In the event of a significant delay, Esnner will notify the Customer, who may request a full refund if the product has not been shipped within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (€).

  • For France and the EU: inclusive of tax (TTC).
  • Outside the EU: exclusive of tax (HT); local taxes and customs duties remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping costs are specified at checkout.

Esnner reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the applicable price is that confirmed at order validation.

  1. The Customer has selected items and validated the shopping cart.
  2. The Customer has provided personal and delivery details.
  3. The Customer has accepted these T&Cs.
  4. Payment has been validated.

An order confirmation is sent by email.

Esnner reserves the right to refuse an order in case of prior dispute, obvious error, or payment issue.
